6-Implementation of the interior finishing works for Many residential units.

1-Managing parts of construction projects.
2-Overseeing construction work.
3-Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed
correctly.
4-Supervising contracted staff.
5- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
6-Liaising with clients, subcontractors, local authority employees, architects and other professionals, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
7-Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
8-Preparing site reports and logging progress.
9-Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
10-Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
11-Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
12-Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approvals.
13-Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other
technical matters that may arise during construction.
14-Review sub-contractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their
approval process with the project consultant.
15-Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may
arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solution.

1-Review detailed design drawings and last specification.
2-Full coordination with other suppliers, subcontractors.
3-Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and
instructions for construction team.
4-Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work.
5-Issuing Monthly and Weekly Progress Reports.
6-Coordination and reporting for planning team for updates and progress reports.
7-Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that
may arise during construction to the Technical
Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.

4-Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
5-Cooperate with traffic police by developing a plan to carry out the work without affecting the
traffic flow on the bridge as much as possible.
