Managed a team of eight planners & coordinators, including external consultants and contractors, with the following responsibilities:

Program Management :
- Identified the scope for both the civil works and the infrastructures packages and developed the WBS.
- Developed the Baseline Programs using Primavera 8.1 for the projects with the planning team, and incorporated the subcontractors, and suppliers’ schedules in the Master Schedule for each project.
- Reviewed the Baseline Programs submitted by contractors to ensure that the plan is in the favor of the project, rather than a claimable program.
- Managed the planning team to review contractors’ weekly and monthly reports, and checked for any potential claims

Progress Reporting, Contract & Stakeholder Management :
- Formulated the Primavera information into simple charts, graphs and drawings to facilitate communications between various departments (Marketing, Finance, Development and Property Management )
- Produced Monthly Earned Value reports, with evaluation against the planned budgeted values
- Raised early warnings prior to schedule slippages and developed mitigation plans to recover the delays
- Evaluating extension of time claims EOT using Windows Analysis Technique, and issued necessary recommendations
- Took the lead to articulate the protocol for final inspection and handing over of the buildings’ units upon completion of buildings using Procore software with the Site team, Development & Property Management departments.

Risk & Budget Management:
- Identified the potential risks with the project managers and the various divisions for each project and evaluated the impact in case of occurrence and the likelihood for occurrence and produced the Risk Register report.
- Developed and monitored the Authorities Tracking Matrix to ensure that, the project permits, and formalities are on track for both Design & Construction NOCs for the towers & infrastructure works.
- Developed interface management schedule to document and resolve, construction and design conflicts upon identification
- Worked closely with the Finance department to prepare the Monthly Cash Flow forecast to the banks and the creditors, that included current assessment of the situation and Capex and Opex reports
- Applied Change Management procedures by closely monitoring the change orders, revised the schedule and tracked the budget changes in sage software.
