• Responsible for technical spare parts related to Diaper plant
consists of 13 manufacturing lines.
• Give All technical support to technical maintenance team.
• Lead team consists of 2 employees to meet all plant requirements
and needs.
• Coordinate with sourcing and warehouse, vendors, and staff.
• Ensure goods are delivered as promised and meet quality Provide
guidance and feedback in quality and technical procurement

Responsible for negotiating pricing, handling terms, agreement of
material warranty, and Discount with vendors.
• Collect different offers from market (Foreign and Local) so that we
can make effective Evaluation between suppliers.
• Analyze all suppliers to select most suitable suppliers who can
deliver high Quality products at competitive pricing with best
delivery time and best payment terms.
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio
analysis and supplier referencing Study.
• Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies
using market and competitive Data.
• Working on SAP ERP system to Issue purchase orders.
• Check materials and inspections for new materials.
• Connect with logistics department to check all shipping Docs
materials and Its delivery.
• Develop, implement, and drive procurement strategies to meet cost
savings targets.
• Foreign and Local Procurement for maintenance work.
• Conducted training and mentored team members to promote
productivity, accuracy, and commitment to friendly service.

Responsibilities 1- Provide guidance and feedback in quality and technical procurement requirement determination 2- Coordinate with sourcing and warehouse, vendors and staff. 3- Ensure goods are delivered as promised and meet quality 4- Responsible for negotiating pricing, handling terms and agreement of material warranty, and Discount with vendors. 5- Collect different offers from the market (Foreign and Local) so that we can make an effective Evaluation between the suppliers. 6- Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high Quality products at competitive pricing with best delivery time and best payment terms. 7- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. 8- Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analysis and supplier referencing Study. 9- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive Data. 10- Responsible for checking the payment status of all purchase orders with our different suppliers. 11- Working on SAP ERP system to issue any purchase orders. 12- Check materials and inspections for new materials. 13- Make a market survey quarterly and responsible for urgent cases which should be bought CASH. 14- Connect with our logistics department and our supplier's logistics department to check all the materials and its delivery. 15- Responsible for the suppliers' evaluation and analysis. 16- Responsible to check all the payment process for each p/o. ensure if we will get LG or LC or advanced payment, etc. 17- Foreign and Local Procurement for maintenance work 18- Perform the tasks of preparing apply agreement and coordinate with Maintenance engineers in identifying Requirements. 19- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategy in order to meet cost savings targets.
Responsibilities 1- Working efficiently as a member of a team in both general and shift duty required from the Department. 2- Handling & tackling the electrical problems during shift operations for smooth and continuous running of the plant (diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing equipment). 3- Maintenance and troubleshooting for circuit breakers and transformers:- 6.3 K.V Switch gear with SF6 C.B and oil C.B. 6.3 K.V/ 0.4 K.V Oil Type Power Transformers. 4- Co-operate with other departments in carrying out root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the cause of Failure. 5- Documenting designs and testing processes. 6- Analyzing and interpreting data. 7- Experience in ABB AC drives like (ACS1000, ACS 800 and ACS 600) and relevant software Drive Window. 8- Participated in upgrade and commissioning of the factory to produce 5200 Ton/day instead of 4000 Ton/day and commissioning of new Atox vertical raw mill. 9- Co-operate with other departments in carrying out root cause analysis to identify and eliminate the cause of Failure. 10- Documenting designs and testing processes. 11- Analyzing and interpreting data. 12- Experience in ABB AC drives like (ACS1000, ACS 800 and ACS 600) and relevant software Drive Window. 13- Participated in upgrade and commissioning of the factory to produce 5200 Ton/day instead of 4000 Ton/day and commissioning of new Atox vertical raw mill. 14- Low & Medium voltage induction motor maintenance. 15- Siemens step7 S300 and PCS7 software and hardware maintenance. 16- Analogue sensors& digital switches maintenance: Level - Temperature- Pressure-….etc. 17- Monitoring the operation of Cement process. 18- Troubleshooting and Design for control circuits. 19- Preparing spare parts required for the plant. 20- Evaluating the technical offers of the electrical purchase requests. 21- Inspecting and evaluating the receiving spare parts before adding them in the warehouse and compare them with its drawings and specifications. 22- Following the needed repairs in the external workshops. 23- Preparing the needed scopes of work for the subcontractor's works. 24- Making weekly PM schedules of equipment's stoppages with Microsoft Project. 25- Working with MAXIMO program.
Responsibilities 1- Responsible for Low & Medium voltage induction motor maintenance. 2- Maintenance of local panels ( CF Silo - Hydraulic-Roller Lubrication - Gear Lubrication - Burners- Cement HP&LP Panels ) 3- Maintenance & Calibration of Weight Feeders. 4- All analogue sensors& digital switches maintenance: Level-Temperature-Pressure….etc. 5- .Monitoring the operation of Cement process. 6- Troubleshooting and Design for control circuits. 7- Worked in ECS 6.5 & ECS 7.7 & PLC software: RS Logix 500 - Frame works RSLogix Rockwell Software and hardware maintenance "Allen Bradley":SLC500, & Control Logic.
