• Managing Instrumentation Department Team (Team Leading).
• Planning Training needs and establishing training plans for team members.
• Planning and implementing the Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP).
• Conduct reliability studies for critical equipment.
• Develop & execute strategic plan and procedures using sustainability practices.
• Instrumentation procurement plan management including invitation to bid ITB, technical bid evaluation, purchase order preparation, etc.
• Oversee the work carried out by the EPC Contractors of Projects.
• Review and authorize instrumentation and control drawings as well as be a site presence to oversee construction work being done in projects.
• Report to the higher Management Suite on all related activities.
• Coordinate and handle general technical communications at peer level and below and lead key persons with proper communication to work as a team for facing plant challenges.
• Coordinating and Linking between Department Technical Stuff and Higher Managerial Levels.
• Organizing and implementing the Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP).
• Implementing and controlling maintenance assignments on daily basis.
• Trouble-shooting analysis for all maintenance issues under Instrumentation dept., that includes failure analysis report & designing solution to reduce operational costs.
• Preparing monthly downtime analysis & checklist.
• Implementing an effective & preventive maintenance job orders specifically designed to eliminate downtime hours of machines.
• Prioritizing job orders under Maintenance department, that includes repairs, installation & maintenance of machines & equipment.
• Maintaining an adequate supply & preparing of critical spare parts list & manage materials, able to arrange & carry-out new modifications once required (including follow-up with concerned departments).
• Following-up & implementing job orders under projects, that includes coordinating to other Maintenance departments.
• Organizing & managing existing manpower during shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Implementing practical teamwork discipline and collaborating to team members & other maintenance engineers (includes instrumentation’s internal trainings to subordinates).
• Collecting statistics and preparing reports (as and when needed for analysis) for critical issues requiring an immediate attention.
• Trouble-shooting analysis for all maintenance issues under Instrumentation dept. in all factory sections during shift period.
• Implementing practical Shift team discipline and collaborating to team members.
• Participating in all maintenance shutdowns of plant including Annual Shutdowns.
• Trouble-shooting analysis for all maintenance issues under Instrumentation dept. in all factory sections during shift period under supervision of Shift Head Engineer.
• Participating in all maintenance shutdowns of plant including Annual Shutdowns under supervision of Shift Head Engineer.
Technical Description of new Services & Products.
Responsible for Customer's notification of new services, products & offers.
Participating in Market surveys.
Also, setteling agreements with customers.
