Reservoir Engineer with working experience in integrated reservoir studies, reservoirs production operations, reservoir management, field development planning for offshore and onshore fields as follows:
•Design and participate in West delta deep marine ( WDDM ) development phases in fields (Rashid Petroleum Company, offshore Gas fields ) including:
•Well, Reservoir and Facilities Management (WRFM) and Surveillance Planning to manage the key uncertainties in smart completion wells, identify performance and deviation from target well operation parameters in efficient manner using PDMS ( Production Data Management System) software to develop, propose, execute and supervise the execution of well interventions,
•Lead and participate in Reservoir simulation studies and FDP updates for fields: Sapphire, Sequoia, Rosetta P1, Rosetta P2, Rosetta P3A1, Libra, Mina, W61 and Solar
•Perform integrated production system optimization, Identify and capture optimization opportunities through a review process together with all other disciplines, monitor and analyze integrated production system and calculate pressure and production rates through system using GAP, determine effects of changes to the surface /subsurface production systems and current constraints of asset, compare actual performance to plan, Locate sub-optimum performance in the wells, prepare proposals, track results, and report regularly, evaluate Optimization opportunities, evaluate problems and set the proper remedial action, define the Reservoir boundaries, build integrated production modeling system, evaluate the opportunity and priorities it, design and follow-up the surveillance in order to achieve better performance,
•Preparing and analysis well test data ( to evaluate reservoir pressure, well performance, skin build up, kh reduction, aquifer movement with time and production allocation for every zone in smart completion wells ),
•Reserve estimation using simulation studies, material balance, decline curve analysis and flowing material balance techniques,
•Calculation of MEG requirement for subsea wells to prevent hydrate formation,
•Participate in technical presentations to partners and government personnel,
•Witnessing offshore jobs: cement evaluation, perforation, well cleaning, well testing
•Identifying and evaluating field development opportunities including drilling and work over activities
•Infill wells campaign; Share in wells proposals, get approval, follow up the infill drilling
•Provide support to other groups for well intervention, proposal, data acquisition, drilling and workover candidates.
•Production performance Evaluation for Shukeir Field using GAP (onshore Gas field , Eastern desert ) part time, The study objective was to evaluate the production profile for shukeir field to assure that the field can handle required gas rate quantity for 3 years at least even with worst conditions to decide desulfurization facility plan either rental or permanent installation. The study was approved by Third Party Company.
•Alamein field simulation study (onshore Oil field , Western desert ) part time, The study objective was to generate a complete FDP for depletion-drive commingled stacked reservoirs with strong aquifer in addition to water injection project design.
Technical Instructor of petroleum engineering courses with teaching experience of more than 30 courses for attendees from Egypt, Iraq and Chad.
•Six months training
Operation team in Salam field, daily drilling and work over operation ( TCP and casing gun perforation, hydraulic fracture, DST, RFT, ESP and sucker rod pump installing and replacement, open hole logs, coiled tubing and lifting with nitrogen ).
