Responsibilities as Payroll Officer (2019 - to date):
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and salary certificates.
Responsibilities as an Administration /HR Assistant (2013 - to date):
- Assisting in blue collars' external recruiting process by coordinating with the supervisors for the screening candidates' CVs and the selection process.
- Managing, and organizing Personnel files and documents.
- Handling the Incoming/Outgoing correspondence related to applying for visas, residency renewing/transferring, passport withdrawing, etc.
- Follow up with the sponsor regarding the visa issuing, residency applying for the newcomers, residency transferring for the new staff, and all the related procedures.
- Apply and follow up for Labourer bank accounts opening.
- Preparing reports and maintaining updated residency and visa records for all employees and workers for various subcontractors.
- Assisting in arranging business trips including booking hotel reservations and airport pickup.
- Arrange the transportation for all immigration appointments including medical check and fingerprint for the newcomers, fingerprint, and signature for residency cancellation.
- Any other tasks assigned to me by the direct managers.
