Current Primary Key Job Responsibilities:
Guest Services Management:
Overseeing the check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth and positive experience for guests.
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Managing and supervising front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.
Providing training and guidance to ensure staff members deliver exceptional customer service.
Creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
Reservation and Revenue Management:
Monitoring room availability, rates, and reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue.
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to promote room sales and special packages.
Administrative Duties:
Overseeing administrative tasks such as record- keeping, report generation, and correspondence.
Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Managing the front office budget, including forecasting and cost control.
Technology and System Management:
Supervising the use of property management systems (PMS) and other technology tools.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date guest information in the PMS.
Implementing and optimizing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
