Position Title: Assistant Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities:
Marketing Calendar:
Establish, implement and control the Marketing calendar within defined budget.

Campaigns: Execute all campaigns (Liaise with VM, Product Team, merchandising, to choose Merchandise, thinks of idea/Theme, coordinate with agency, Photographer)
Create Layouts for posters and ads, Post a campaign analysis for Management.

Advertising: Liaison with Media Buying house to ensure most effective media plane for the Campaign.

Catalogues Execution and Production: Quote negotiations and approvals for the production and printing
Arrange required samples
Approval on the short listed images and final retouched images.
Ensuring accurate prices/sizes Etc. are in the catalogue
Ascertain Quantities required by store
Ensuring printing is on time and delivery of relevant catalogues to warehouse is on time
Post catalogues analysis every season.

Maintain /control Budgets: Monitor budget and control spend
Reconcile on a monthly basis, Finance should be par with expenditures.
Prepare LPOs for Quotations presented and get required sign offs before committing to a task
Log all invoices on time and submit required paper work to accounts
Manage supplier expectations for payments, follow up with accounts.

In-store communication/activities: Store master sheet: Work with VM & BD to update all details for store master sheet.
Manage requirement for the new stores.
Co-ordinate with BD updates
Liaise with graphic designer /agency, supplier and WH / shipping to create poster and promo cards are delivered to stores on time.
Create POS for any promos /price changes initiated by merchandising.
Fill out promo sheet for every promo and send to management.
Post-promo analysis to be presented to the management.
Cater to all stores needs regarding POS (missing/damage items)
Create a master PP of all the POS all stores need to have, send to stores on a seasonal basis.
Redesign of POS: sale/non sale/Ramadan (try me stickers, promo card, shelf talkers, refund policy, arm tags, shopping bags, Etc.
Ramadan/Xmas/Valentine themes have to be created for in store and any promotions
Messy graphics-revise the graphic annually.
Update opening /closing/ under renovation signage.
Update store music every quarter.

External/internal Relations:
Maintaining a good pool of suppliers: final suppliers that extend to different regions and which are cost effective.
WH: maintain relationship with WH and overseas smooth process of delivery of the goods, and to make sure that the spot check are done regularly
Management: Maintain a good relationship with the top Management. get buy
In form all before going ahead with major projects.

Competitor analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and analysis market intelligence relating to consumers and the market.

New/Renovated Stores: Look at the BD plans to check if POS is all standers size.

Staff: Update SOPs and submit on a monthly basis to Brand/Marketing manager.
Weekly meeting with brand /Marketing manager.


Research: Ongoing market research to understand our customers profile, their preference and perceptions of brand.
Creation, management and analysis of internal research through store

Permissions: Coordinate with the legal department and the area managers to arrange permissions for sales and Ramadan, Hajj GWPs.

Promotions: GWPs etc needs to coordinate with the product team, merchandising team and VM teams.post GWP analysis is required on an ongoing basis to management.
Keep abreast will mall activities and events.


YouTube and face book: Updates and comments to be maintained.
Customer's comments and feedback.


General
Submit the event calendar every month and give the required recommendations.
Filling: Systematize all POS /Campaigns for easy browsing.
Update news letter information's every week and send information's in timely manner.
Make sure all communications have have website info.
