Provide analytical support through analyzing data relating to market trends, vendor and supply management, procurement status
and activities, and other data required to ensure the department and internal customers are well informed.
• Provide Supply planning Analysis, Replenishment on SKU level and confirming their availability and ETA with the vendor.
• Maintain Minimum - Maximum stock level & the Re-order point across countries & stores.
• Own, plan and execute purchasing planning and replenishment process for the relevant category in line with category guidance and agreed policies to ensure best product availability in the stores respecting stock targets agreed.
• Manage the product aspect of marketing activities including launches, relaunches, visibility as well as analysis of performance to ensure relevant activities achieve the intended ROI.
• Manage with the guidance of category teams phasing in and out of products and brands to achieve a fast and smooth transition and maintain stores profile updated.
• Develop reporting structure for relevant area according to prescribed formats and schedules, so that information is provided to enable analysis of the assigned function’s performance and to support senior management decision-making.
• Manage Inventory levels and ensure that the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
• Develop new budget or modify existing budgets to meet changing business needs.
Shutdown management for Raw Mill, Pre-Heater, Kiln, Cooler and Filter areas (Planning, Scheduling and Coordination).
• Preparing maintenance planning and scheduling activities required for Preventive, corrective and predictive for the Daily, weekly, Monthly maintenance and overhaul shutdown, including job tasks, durations, manpower and spare parts.
• Coordinate daily as well as weekly planning meetings related with maintenance.
• Plan and create work orders by describing basic job steps in proper sequence and specifying crafts manpower and hours, materials, special tools, and equipment needed for each step.
• Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
• Control and Follow-Up Spare Parts Stock Plan starting from purchasing cycle till consumption, Regular follow up for Stock on hand, Over Stock, Under Stock, and Stagnated Stock.
• Inspect and follow up the coming spares to confirm the quality and specification
• Study and support the procurement team to find a local supplier as alternate for the foreign one which will impact the spare parts cost and delivery time.
• Preparing for Turnaround & Shutdowns, planning and scheduling, providing a work package for each task to make sure that all shutdown activities are achieved safely and in the given time, maintain the master shutdown schedule and preparing daily performance progress report, submit Close out report at the end of shutdown.
• Plan and Control Division Annual Budget including outsource needs and spare parts requested starting from Bid Document Preparation till receiving requested demands.
• Provide assistance to for spare parts preparation and PM Lists for new equipment.
• Mechanical Engineer in the MRP Project.
• Monitoring and Manage Stock Level.
• Create Purchasing Requisitions for Spare Parts with the Required Quantities.
• Evaluate Technically the Received Offers and Communicate with Suppliers.
• Follow up the Purchasing Orders with Procurement Department.
• Inspection for Delivered Spare Parts.
• Forecasting the Quantity Needed for Consumable Spare Parts in Overhaul and Ensure Availability Before Overhaul.
• Coordinate and Execute Scheduling Activities for Assigned Parts Using ERP (SAP)Systems.
• Act as a Focal Point and Monitor Assigned Areas to Ensure Material Delivery Meet Maintenance Needs.

distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history and always update the supplier's list.
