- Achieving market leadership for Examide YTD June 2015 in total diuretic market for the 1st time since launch reaching market share 27% with PPG growth 36.8%
- Wining the highest market share gain in loop diuretic market and in total diuretic market as well which is almost double the 2nd rank product in the market
- Establishing the concept of Examide in Hepatologists segment to replace Furosemide in cirrhotic ascites
- Driving the application of the Examide Pro-Brand Strategy that mitigated the impact of other Torsemide to 36 % of the total Torsemide molecule sales despite they are 5 brands with lower price and enormous financial resources
• Coaching, developing sub ordinates
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sub ordinates.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales team to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Team sales and activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Recruits, tests, and hires FF based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
