Job Responsibilities:
Working as Senior Level experience with Linux system administration.
Responsible for monitoring the system and making sure it is functioning well.
Handling the support cycle including direct communication with service providers & Customers for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Proactive attitude and on call duties for handling issues.
Good hands on experience with virtualization technologies.
Good experience in Kannel “installation, integration, administration, & troubleshooting.
Good knowledge in MYSQL DB, cloud computing, Linux shill scripting, Telecom Protocol SMPP.
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and directed.

• Providing technical computer system users.
• Handling all kind of customers \[Arab Customers and Foreign Customers\].
• Troubleshooting all kinds of Technical Problem Related to Business.
• Handle, diagnose and router in real-time incoming trouble tickets.
• Handling in Application maintenance operations.
• Resolving computer problems for clients in person.
• Good technical background at Domain, Mails, Hosting, Family, Option Pack, administration and Chat support.
- Handling main problem related to domain, Hosting and webmails problems.

• Responsible for development and ongoing maintenance/enhancements of business systems.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, review existing systems, defines the solution, and translates that into detailed programming designs.
• Ability to take detailed programming designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code.
• Capable of effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders possessing various levels of technical knowledge. Ability to determine the underlying issue when presented with sometimes ambiguous and/or contradictory information; demonstrate good listening skills.
• Ability to quickly solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be primary area of expertise.
