• Monitor production trends and performance of +300 wells (SRP, ESP & PCP) using SCADA telemetry system to maintain daily production, and coordinate corrective actions as and when required.
• Proposed and commissioned Mobile Bolting Unit (MBU) to use pneumatic impact wrenches instead of regular hand tools in wellhead operations reducing personnel injuries by 87%.
• Proposed a new distribution plan for PLC telemetry devices installed on wells to increase the amount of remotely monitored oil production by 2300 Bbl/Day.
• Provide technical support for SRP wells using RodStar & QRod software.
• R/D, relocate and R/U for SR surface pumping units such as conv., Lufkin Mark-II and WFT Max. II units
• Perform complete PM for SR surface pumping units, and track planed PMs using SAP software.
• Review ESP, PCP and SRP wells history data, analyze failures, and perform troubleshooting.
• Coordinate rod pulling units operations on SRP & PCP wells (Round trips - Rig up/down - Rig move).
• Follow-up on sucker rod pulling units inspection, maintenance & acceptance.
• Track insert DHPs disassembly, inspection, & reassembly for before/after pull-out-of-hole (POOH).
• Follow-up on the inventory of different spare parts in warehouses such as DHPs, flanges and tools.
• Review DHPs trial results from different vendors such as Lufkin, WFT, & Alkam.
• Design, construct, and monitor crude oil gathering systems as per field flow assurance plan.
• Operate crude oil process equipment such as 3 phase separators, heater-treaters, and desalters.
• Monitor water injection wells network, and measure flow rate using GE ultrasonic flow meter.
• Prepare required PTW documents and make sure adequate safety practices are maintained on the job.
• Inspected Coiled Tubing equipment layout and connections on well location, and performed required tests before the job to meet industry standards and ensure safe work conditions.
• Reviewed and performed Coiled Tubing Nitrogen Lifting jobs as per client job design.
Achievements - Kuwait Energy Article Competition 1st place Award • Presented a technical literature review article titled “Artificial Lift and Nodal Analysis” to a judging panel from Kuwait Energy Egypt during Oil and Gas Industry Conference (OGIC). - Schlumberger Case Study Competition 1st Place Award • Worked with a team to give a presentation about “Logging and Directional Drilling” to a judging panel from Schlumberger during Cairo Annual Petroleum International Conference (CAPIC). - Halliburton Case Study Competition 1st Place Award • Proposed a technical solution to their “Water Conformance Challenge” using the company services portfolio during Cairo Annual Petroleum International Conference (CAPIC).
