diagnosing technical problems, and resolving them efficiently.
My responsibilities included installing and maintaining computer systems, configuring local networks, and monitoring system performan ce to ensure stable operations within the
organization. I also supported IT infrastructure maintenance, performed system and software updates, and collaborated with technical teams to ensure continuous and reliable IT
services.

Worked for six years as an IT Support Engineer at Al-Mosaed Engineering Works Company, where I was responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting computer systems and IT
infrastructure for several government institutions in Sudan. My role included providing technical support, diagnosing system and network issues, and performing regular preventive
maintenance to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
My work involved supporting various government organizations including thermal power generation facilities, hospitals, the National Medical Supplies Fund, embassies, and regional
government offices. I was also responsible for hardware installation, network setup, and monitoring system performance to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment.

Worked for one year as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development and support of the companys software solutions and improving system performance. My role included
analyzing system requirements, participating in software development, and testing applications while troubleshooting technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
I collaborated with the technical team on projects related to media production and digital technologies, focusing on improving system performance and delivering reliable software
solutions that supported the companys operational workflow.

This role marked the beginning of my professional career in Information Technology. I worked for one year as a Network Engineer supporting the organizations network infrastructure.
My responsibilities included assisting in the setup and maintenance of local area networks, monitoring network performance, and helping diagnose and resolve technical issues in
collaboration with the technical team.
During this period, I gained valuable hands-on experience in network administration fundamentals, hardware installation and connectivity, as well as understanding the importance of
maintaining stable IT systems within government organizations to ensure continuous service operations.
