• Approval Master Schedule Baseline for all projects.
• Make sure contractors are comply for their contracts.
• Monitor client's delivery dates, Alert, and avoid any delays.
• Report areas of concerns, critical scope of work. And attend progress meetings.
• Report monthly and present for the owner the project status and upcoming work.
• Review and correspond contractors regarding updates they run on schedule periodically.
• Recommend corrective actions to avoid any delays or conflict during execution and highlight weaknesses.
• Develop, Update Risk Register and alert regarding high potential risks.
• Monthly Report Progress and track projects for the owner the project using several tools such as “Primavera, Microsoft Project, Excel, Pivot tables, Dashboards, PowerPoint, Navis Works & Power BI, AutoCAD ...etc.”
• Cost Control, Track, and monitor cash out & identify opportunities to save costs.
• Review the submitted claims from contractors for EOT and give comments and recommendations.
Review contractor’s cash flow earned value statistics and KPIs.
