Leading the sales & distribution operations for the region of East Delta with 18 Million EGP turnover, with contribution of 12% from total company business monthly.
Responsibility:
• Manage & Develop assigned sales force that consists of (3 Unit managers, 1 SSV, 11 supervisors, 46 sales reps and 11 merchandiser).
• RTM development to get the maximum Coverage and numerical distribution expansion across all assigned channels (Retail, Wholesale, supermarket & Sub distributor).
• In-store perfect execution as per channel picture of success in the right place.
• Generate annual sales growth as per the company targets for each channel, area & brand.
• Drive company profitability by focusing on the profitable core brands sales mix.
• Ensure Market share leadership & growth across the main 4 categories (Chocolate, Gum & Candy, Biscuits and Powder beverage) to be ahead of the category growth.
• Drive world class in store execution by rolling out perfect store program in traditional retail across all channels with success ratio in Grocery, Kiosk and others (A, B 80%) and (C 90%).
• Accelerate Horizontal growth through huge RTM expansion project to achieve coverage objective, AMF, MSL and other KPI’s
• Accelerate Vertical Growth through focus on achieve CD targets / core brands for both channels, (With securing to achieve monthly target)
Achievements:
• Added success story in my work life that I configured the successful team in Delta Branches which make our HR team promoted 10 of Retail and WS SRs to be supervisors and 3 supervisors to be UM’s that mean we upgraded 20% from my team to be new leaders.
• Leading the company volume growth with 30% in 2012 & 17% in 2013, this encouraged company to starting RTM phase2 in 2014.
• Doubled our coverage & numeric distribution reach by having the right RTM plan & execution.
• Market leader in the biggest 2 categories (Chocolate & Gum) across all channels.
• Built up a well-trained team with high engagement to the company process, policies & values.
• High level of perfect in-store execution, especially in supermarket channel.
• Worked by positive way under the high stress which happened in 2014 by the high trouble especially in WS trade as we increased our WS coverage by 150 new customers.
• Awarded by Mondelēz International (Values in action award). In the Best Practices contest ‘13 with ‘’Route to market - phase 1 across Egypt.
