Prepare projects budgets, procurement and resources plans.
Maintain and monitor project plans and expenditures.
Prepare Scope of Work, RFQ, communicate with Subcontractors and suppliers, collect offers, prepare comparison sheets and select the best Subcontractor / supplier.
Plan and control costs and intervene immediately in the cases of exceeding costs in order to keep projects away from over budgeting
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Sharing relevant documentation, information and regular support to stakeholders by being point of contact for various working group.
Helps Operations manager in any operation or projects related tasks.
Review the Scope changes and variation orders and coordinate between technical and commercial teams to ensure the compliance with the BOQ,
Submits reports to Business unit director and Operations manager with projects’ pending Issues.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams and providing information and regular support to stakeholders by being point of contact for various working group.
- Helps Project manager and Deputy PM in any project related tasks including participating in preparing and follow up Resources and Procurement management plans.
- Review the Scope changes and variation orders and coordinate between technical and commercial teams to ensure the compliance with the BOQ,
- Plan and control costs by monitoring reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to validate information and intervene immediately in the cases of exceeding costs in order to keep projects away from over budgeting
- Submits reports to PM with project’s pending Issues and Participates in the preparations of Monthly Review Reports to Top Management.
-Prepare the construction method statements, risk assessments, RFI, material submittals and follow up of the approval process.
- Responsible of ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
- In charge of liaising with other engineering disciplines on projects to ensure integrated solutions for projects meet objectives.
- Participating in obtaining solutions to technical and construction problems to avoid any errors or rework.
- In charge of reviewing all design and shop drawings of the project and follow up on the execution on site.
- Participating in preparing and follow up Project management plan, Resources management plan and Procurement management plan
- Quantity Survey for upcoming and actual accomplish work on periodical bases.
- Prepare client and sub‐contractor invoices according contract conditions in addition to prices breakdown for the variation orders.
- Collaborate with the tender team on the concept designs, construction methods and material
selection to ensure compliance with work in the execution phase.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission.
- Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents and computes costs
- Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work.
At Ezbet project (project between Ain shams, Stuttgart universities and AYB)
Responsible for structural design of building units in the informal area of Ezbet AboQarn using different building materials (concrete, steel, timber and earth).
Preform a research on different earth material in the universities labs to obtain the best earth building material
Worked as private contractor on construction on bridges and fences using keystone technique.
