Joined as a Civil Engineer to plan, design, and manage large construction projects. Job responsibilities include:
• Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects
• Handling cost-of-materials estimations, report and document tracking, project documentation, on-site project visits, invoice/agreement verification, and building permit applications.
• Preparing reports, minutes of meetings, payment process, calculating quantities, sample, and materials testing.
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships from site personnel to the client level.
• Translating clients’ ideas into reality and reviewing drawings supplied by clients and other engineers.
• Performing draft according to specifications, ensuring compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements.
• Ensuring that all design submissions produced are compliant with all relevant standards and codes.
• Performing feasibility study and providing
• recommendations to project leader in facilitating the project planning.
• Reanalysing safety compliance at all gas stations.
• Taking the lead in establishing and maintaining a good collaboration with engineers and contractors by regular meetings or other means and keep updating with the latest technical development in the profession.
• Conducting site visits, experimental investigations, analyzing engineering problems, proposing solutions and alternatives, and providing recommendations.
Joined as a Site Manager at Project Sawad 3 (10 villas and 3 buildings) and Project Sawad 1 (6 Villas and 6 buildings) to ensure project progress and optimal performance within budget. Key job responsibilities include:
• Attending meetings and discussing project details with clients, contractors, asset owners, and stakeholders.
• Assisting the Project Engineer with developing construction planning documents and monitoring their implementation.
• Ensuring non-conformances are recorded and corrective actions initiated as soon as practically possible.
• Inspecting project site to monitor progress and adherence to design specification and safety protocols.
• Analysing, managing, and mitigating risks.
• Reviewing existing contractor operations, assessing both the strengths and weaknesses, implementing changes, and driving contractor workforce to deliver.
• Assisting in staff, outlining project plans, setting project goals/deadlines, and evaluating performance.
• Overseeing multiple projects at one time with the aid of Resident Construction Managers
• Managing and maintaining construction schedule and indirect budgets through project completion.
• Drafting plans, blueprints, and proposals for civil engineers, safety directors, and local government bodies.
