• Involved in providing orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates.
• Getting through user & maintenance manual, operation & maintenance procedures to understand new instruments & emergency specific issues to train engineers’ so the end user technicians get best service.
• Pushing team to be always in site looking after the instruments (Calibrating & QC) to make sure they are accurate and doing maintenance when needed as the device insurance contract & being sure work place safety regulations are met.
• Involved in equipment design and selection, implementation of upgrades as well as communicating with manufacturers support team to get clear vision & seek help in any crises issue situation.
• Teaches team engineers group on new and existing equipment issues.
• Registered instruments in MOH: (Radiation detection & measuring devices, Urine chemistry analyzer, Urine sediment analyzer, Urine hybrid analyzer, fecal occult blood analyzer).
• Done great achievements in managing tenders offers and arrange them to be delivered (Tenders about: Safety products, Lab Equipment, Lap Consumables and for Any Medical Device for any section in clinic or hospital) for: (MOH Medical Stores, Kuwait University Medical Division and KISR).
• Worked on (Lab & other divisions of Hospital) Stocks and having varied personal contacts supplier for instruments, consumables and safety products & having special talent communicating with end user for tenders or requests & getting them the best suitable product offer.
• Achieved good successful sales by suitable quotations prices from suppliers around the world meeting the requirements of end user.
• Imparted compelling presales demonstrations, coordinated with sales teams, manage & aided demonstration next generation applications & collaborated in tradeshows.
