• Help the company to minimize DSO, ensure full compliance of OFS internal
control procedures.
• Prepares client invoices as per the relevant contract & service tickets, and
processes all revenue related entries through CRM Invoice.
• Issue the reports directly to Operations Controller and active the members of
ARM finance team.
• Checking the credit notes for all the agreed and valid deductions or adjustments
by clients, if any. Get all the credit notes approved as per the ARM authorization
limit.
• Ensure entries to the receivable sub-system are done on a timely basis and all
dead lines are adhered to.
• Follow-up with the client for collections of receivables on monthly basis and help
the receivable team in resolving disputes (if any).
• Prepare a consolidate list of all outstanding invoices (after the month close) with
details of their status and the reason for disputes / disagreements, if any.
• Submit invoices thru Aramco Electronic Service Verification system.
Reconciliation is done on weekly
basis contract departments in production area.

• Making entries and prepare in computerized registration DELTA 7.7 program
• Preparing computerized general journal. and General ledger.
• Preparing adjustment entries before closing (if any)..
• Handling fixed assets
• Preparing financial statements.
• Preparing monthly cash flow and reported for variances analyses.
