• Support executive in managing corporate strategic regulatory topics by identifying strategic regulatory gaps with BU's/subsidiaries' strategies.
• Develop/refresh corporate Regulatory Affairs strategies pillars, Initiatives, and Programs that contribute to corporate strategy.
• Identify and assess the Regulatory Strategy deviation, progress, risks, dependencies, and other indicators that effectively evaluate the demonstrated impacts.
• District Director assistance for sector performance indicators (KPIs, projects, and corporate communication objectives).
• Managing and reporting district general initiatives, operation efficiency, and market share expanding execution.
• Monitor and support district technical projects by ensuring all projects comply with relevant management standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Design and deploy ICT networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Monitoring and reporting network performance quality indicators.
• Passive network implementation with handling all changes orders required.
• Develop required project documents such as RFIs, handovers, and O&M.
• Assess and support developing HRMS with orientation training for new system users.
• Troubleshoot and report technical issues and ensure systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and other data protection regulations.
• Analyzing and reporting HR services performance.
