Key Responsibilities:
• A Project Manager - INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS FOR FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT- Ministry of Public Health - involved with the MOPH Management Team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives of the project, in addition responsible for Develop & implement project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget and coordinate with the MOPH Project Manager.
• A Project Coordinator involved with the SJC Management Team to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives for the RFID/FILETRAIL Project - Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC).
• A Project Manager involved in Develop & implement project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget and coordinate with the QCB Stakeholders in implementing Oracle Audit Vault & Database Firewall Project - Qatar Central Bank (QCB).
• Conduct training sessions and communications to alert users to methodology software changes, and provided regular user forums to review changes and ensure adoption.
• A Change Management Coordinator - GFMIS-QATAR Project - Ministry of Finance involved in development & implementation of change and behavioral measurement plan aligned to business leader & stakeholder requirements.
• Gathered and analyzed information on existing business processes in order to make change recommendations that seek to accelerate business performance.
• Ensures MOF’s understanding and awareness of all training schedules, Coordinates between MOF and supplier to obtain accurate attendance lists for each course, Creates evaluation analysis reports for all conducted courses and report them to Change management Lead, Coordinates with the MOF Training resources on the readiness of all training facilities and Address field’s questions and requests from the MOF training resources concerning the training details including courses’ schedules and locations.
• Facilitate ORA related focus groups, interviews, and workshops, Facilitate information gathering, survey distribution, and document outcomes, Facilitate ORA activities with active participation from local MOF resources, Collect and finalize OCM Toolkits and share it with MOF, Contribute to the development of the ORA related deliverables and Manage tasks as delegated by the ORA Lead.
• Increase efficiency through reengineering request management process resulting in deployment of new software for on-line management of all IT Service requests and Service delivery.
• Develops the Training Plans and schedules in collaboration with the MOF Training Lead, Tracks planned activities and monitor progress, Ensures timely completion of tasks, Reports status and progress of activities to OCM Lead, and Assess training related risks and issues and report them to the OCM Lead.
• Contribute to the development of the communications plan, Provide daily assistance and support to the Communications Lead with all tasks and responsibilities and Manage tasks as delegated by the Project Manager.
