* Starting in April 2022, having Digester project commissioning regarding automation ( PLC, SCADA, and communication ) upgrade and merging between the old project and the new digester project. This also includes merging the new Cogeneration projects to the new system to have a shared successful generation of electricity on the electricity grid

* Supervising Renewal (variation order project for all old automation equipment), this includes All premium and Quantum CPUs and upgrading them to the new M580 Schneider electric relevant system. this also includes all programming corresponding upgrades

* follow-up budget for all maintenance activities regarding power and automation part to ensure the sufficiency of spareparts for all electrical plant activites

- Supervising Rehabilitation Projects for old primary treatment buildings in
AEWWTP for all electrical works which include (Preparing
submittals, RFIs, MIRs, Follow-up of the project schedule, Project spare
parts purchasing inquiries either offshore or local market, follow-up
consultant engineer RFIs and MIRs, etc. ….)
-Follow up on the day-to-day preventive maintenance
activities.
- monitoring and analyzing breakdowns using analysis tools like (thermal
camera & power analyzer) and providing solutions for the daily electrical
and control problems

-Effectively provide solutions for the daily electrical and
control problems.

Follow up REX (return of experience), smart water story



-Follow-up store balance to avoid insufficiency of Spare parts
or material
- Supervises the implementation of Electrical system
modification and improvement projects carried out to ensure
execution and completion of established Company standards
and specifications.
-Assist the technical coordination the activities of the lock-out
and tag-out program
-Participate in the plant's On-call maintenance
Report to the maintenance manager.
-Giving training as part of the contract to the client in the field of
(Instrumentation, PLC Fundamentals and troubleshooting, SCADA)

 my duties is to follow up & monitoring the regularity of the water line and sludge line process in the plant
 keep tracking the preventive maintenance plan for all the equipment at the plant
 Planning and managing the technicians and workers who are under my supervision to do their regular tasks
 Monitoring the performance of all equipments which includes pumps, motors, lifters and giving alternative solution in case of the performance decrease

 my responsibility is to solve all hardware and software problems which faces
the customers on their laptops or other devices like routers, screens, etc.
 managing the flow of work inside the work area and scheduling items under
 warranty which have to be send to RMA department and giving customers
an appropriate dead time for receiving their items back in fixed
conditionsolving all kind of IT problems inside the company

I was responsible for discovering, fixing and maintaining the
electrical faults in both power and control circuits including Motors and controllers like PLCs and
drives.
