- انشاء قواعد البيانات ومتابعة اعمال المنصة الالكترونية لادارة نادي الفجيرة (نظام برمجي يحتوى على كافة قواعد البيانات الخاصة بكافة الاعمال التي تتم في نادي الفجيرة بما في ذلك الاعمال اليومية وادارة العقود والقضايا والمباريات والمنشات والاجتماعات وغيرها من الاعمال بالاضافة الي مخرجات تحليلة لكافة العمليات التشغيلية لادارة النادي)
- الاشراف ومتابعة العمل في كافة اقسام النادي لتحقيق الاهداف المطلوبة طبقا للخطة الاستراتيجية للنادي
- حضور المباريات والتاكد من جاهزية وكفاءة العمل لكافة المهام التشغيلية المطلوبة في المباريات الخاصة بمسابقات رابطة المحترفين الاماراتية
- صياغة مذكرات الدفاع واوراق الشكاوي بالقضايا والمنازعات الخاصة بالنادي وشركة كرة القدم .
-إعداد وتطوير وصياغة الارشادات القانونية الخاصة بتفسير القوانين والأنظمة والاجراءات ذات البعد القانوني.
- توفير الاستشارات والإرشادات القانونية حول العقود والقوانين الرياضية في كافة معاملات النادي .
- صياغة كافة العقود ومراجعة وتحديث العقود الموجودة أو التي بحاجة إلى استحداث ( عقود الاحتراف - عقود الموظفين - عقود الاجهزة الفنية والادارية والطبية - عقود الرعاية - اتفاقيات الاعارة - اتفاقيات الانتقال النهائي - عقود الوسطاء - عقود المعسكرات الرياضية - عقود توريدات الملابس والمعدات الرياضية - اتفاقيات التؤامة).
- تمثيل النادي وشركة كرة القدم في مختلف المنازعات والقضايا والشكاوي وامام مختلف الجهات والاتحادات الرياضية بالدولة وامام الاتحادات الرياضية الدولية وامام محكمة التحكيم الرياضي الدولى ( كاس) .
- إبداء الرأي القانوني وتقديم المشورة القانونية المتعلقة بكافة معاملات النادي والمشاركات الرياضية لفرق للنادي.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالنواحي القانونية ورفعها إلى مجلس الادارة.
- تطوير الاجراءات القانونية للنادي والمشاركة في إعداد السياسات واللوائح الجديدة ذات الصلة.
- اجراء التحقيقات الداخلية وصياغة القرارات التاديبية طبقا لاحكام لائحة الاحتراف ( العقوبات والجزاءات) الخاصة بالنادي.
- مراقبة القرارات الانضباطية وغيرها من قرارات اتحاد الكرة و رابطة المحترفين الاماراتية والخاصة بمشاركات ومباريات فرق النادي واتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة تجاهها .
- التفاوض في تسوية المنازعات وابرام وانهاء العقود .
- متابعة وانهاء الاجراءات القانونية للنادي ومتابعة القرارات والتعاميم الصادرة عن لجان الاتحادات الرياضية .
- مراقبة القوانين الحكومية والتعديلات على اللوائح الرياضية الصادرة من الاتحادات الرياضية المحلية والدولية التى تؤثر على عمل النادي وعرضها على مجلس الإدارة للمناقشة وتقديم التوصيات القانونية اللازمة.
- مسؤول ترخيص الاحتراف لشركة الفجيرة لكرة القدم للحصول على ترخيص الاندية المحترفة الخاص بمشاركة النادي بمسابقات رابطة المحترفين الاماراتية ومسابقات الاتحاد الاسيوي لكرة القدم.
- اعداد كافة الوثائق والمستندات المطلوبة في ترخيص النادي للحصول على الرخصة المحلية والاسيوية للاندية المحترفة

- Attending matches and ensuring the readiness and efficiency of work for all operational tasks required in the matches of the UAE Professional League competitions
- Drafting defense memoranda and complaint papers on issues and disputes related to the club and the football company.
- Preparing, developing and drafting legal guidelines for the interpretation of laws, regulations and procedures with a legal dimension.
- Providing legal advice and guidance on sports contracts and laws in all club transactions.
- Drafting all contracts and reviewing and updating existing contracts or that need to be developed (professional players contracts - employee contracts - contracts for technical, administrative and medical staff - sponsors agreements - players loan agreements - players transfer agreements - players agents contracts - sports camps contracts - contracts for supplies of sports clothing and equipment).
- Expressing legal opinion and providing legal advice related to all club transactions and sports participation for club teams.
- Preparing periodic reports related to legal aspects and submitting them to the Board of Directors.
- Develop the club's legal procedures and participate in the preparation of relevant new policies and regulations.

1998: In addition to my work as Trainee lawyer have been working in data entry functions to the databases of Egyptian legislation within the project of IGLC.
