- Reviewing Project MEP design requirements and all project documents, (HVAC - Fire Fighting - Water Supply - Drainage - LPG - Irrigations - Infra works).
- Reviewing and select all required mechanical equipment’s for the intended project and related technical document’s.
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders to produce the project deliverables. - Reviewing and carrying out in-line with Brands (CI) Company Identity for the buildings which is related to global brands requirements.
- Control Scope by Following up site progress and ensure that project progress in-line with project baseline program and status of materials procurement orders and delivery.
- Monitoring and controlling the required quality standards and verifying the contractor’s monthly payments and reviewing all project claims variations.
- Write and prepare routine and complex engineering reports, attending client’s and progress meetings.
- Perform equipment’s Factory Acceptance tests at factory premises (FAT).
- Manages project close out and perform start-up and commissioning for HVAC systems and other mechanical services.
- Conducting all operations tests, O&M spare parts as per specified in the project with the operator/Client’s during handing over stage. - Preparing all required documents for Qatar authorities with following up to obtaining Building completion certificate.
Job Responsibilities: -
-Reviewing all MEP design requirements and project documents.
-Inspect and check mechanical work installation according to project documents Method of statements, shop drawings and construction standards for (HVAC - Firefighting - Plumbing - Drainage - Infra).
-Monitoring the contractor progress day to day and ensure installation as per required quality and Authority requirements.
-Review contractors progress reports and comparing to the actual at site.
-Test and commissioning all Mechanical systems and mechanical infra work.
-Preparing needed documents for authorities' inspection moreover demonstrating fire and safety simulation test prior to authority's inspection approval.
Job Responsibilities: -
-Review MEP Design (HVAC-Firefighting- water supply- Drainage LPG System).
-Review Shop-drawings, builders work drawings and Material submittals for MEP services before submitted to the consultant and performing services installation inspections.
-Coordination between MEP and construction team for all builder's work which serve MEP installation.
-Reviewing of the MEP inspection quality control plan and method statement before submitting to the consultant.
-Supervise the services installation in the site.
-Ensuring that MEP commissioning activities are on schedule and everyday follow-up of commissioning.
-Ensuring that the site execution works are carried out as per the latest approved drawings, in accordance with contract requirements and the best industry practices.
-Follow up all materials approval related to authority before orders purchasing and authority approval during the constructions.
-Follow up authorities pre approval for any modifications subject to authority's approval.
-Reviewing Contractors monthly payment based on actual progress on site.
Job Responsibilities: -
-PrepareShop drawings, Material submittal and Technical, Financial offers for tendering stage.
-Installation of all equipment's and complete HVAC systems up to start-up stage and testing and commissioning.
