Experience Highlights on my capacity reporting to Group CFO:
• In charge of preparing and submitting the monthly financial and managing performance reports to be presented to GCFO, GCEO and Board
• In charge of all financial day to day activities (e.g. financial planning /budgeting, accounting transaction, cash management, treasury and financial reporting and monitoring )
• Responsible for periodic review the Group companies’ chart of accounts, Monthly bank - cash reconciliation, monthly closing, accounting entries approval on the system
• Preparing the draft annual management accounts at the company’s level and the draft conciliated financial to be submitted to external auditors
• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
• Preparing financial statements
• Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses
1) Prepare quarterly and annual accounting reports and statements to Managers for review
2) Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL
3) Verify cheques amounts against invoices, and authorize checks and wire transfers to approve cash disbursements
4) Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
5) Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
6) Audit transactions to approve ledger entries
7) Keep sensitive information confidential, and follow internal measures for financial security
8) Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
9) Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
1. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
2. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
3. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
4. Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
5. Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
6. Secures financial information by completing database backups.
7. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Responsible for the preparation of the course materials, labs and networks, scheduling and schedule implementation, evaluation of batch projects, in addition to the training and supervision of new instructors. Coordinating with the Technical department on course delivery and batch projects.
Responsible for teaching and training Windows 98, XP, plus MS Office Package 2000, XP, 2007 and MS Project, in addition to teaching presentation skills. Monitoring and evaluating exams and student conduct during the course. Coordinating and assisting the Senior Computer Instructor in administrative and technical work-related issues as needed.
