Leads the data management team, guiding the data-oriented activities with the organization and manage key commercial core data
including update/ monitor and control transactions to maximize accuracy of progress reporting and improve efficiency of ongoing
tasks using efficient agile database.
Collaborates with others within SBG to ensure that data quality is maintained and enhanced across disparate data sources, leading
the development of any data-oriented guidance. Collaborate closely with project controls, business development, strategic planning,
and finance managers to produce and deliver main reports related to project summaries, billing, financial models, cash flows,
potential market analysis, market Strategy, and other aspects of business. Providing monthly metrics, status update, projects
performance and commercial KPI’s reports. Assisting commercial corporate director and claims director to create the major reports.
Accomplished with SBG the below major tasks:
• Created and maintain a functional SBG Unbilled Dashboard presented to board members of Binladin Holding Company
(BIHG).
• Developing a SharePoint site for Claims Department including Workflow, Data Management, Data Storing and
Documentation Control System.
• Created a database of SBG active projects, collecting data from concerned project managers, functional departments and
finance; contains projects contracts, variations and claims logs, invoicing logs, cash flows, progress, liabilities, cost and
budgets through detailed and preserved process including 2 stages as follows:
1- Data Analytic: determine data requirements, collection data from different sources, data cleansing and data
organizing so it can be analysed.
2- Visualizing Data: prepare datasets, tables, pivot table, power pivot and set relationships, then creating dashboard and
different visuals.
• Established efficient commercial data management services including data analysis, modelling, visualizing and creation of
reports, summaries and project director reports.
• Guaranteed best practice and consistency in leverage data and analytics to deliver unique insights and solutions to complex
business challenges.
• Was assigned by SBG as a project manager to migrate Legal Department data and workflow into a CRM software,
accordingly legal cases were defined in the appropriate way.
Lead the effort in project controls transformation process, set project controls basic requirements, procedures and ERP system
requirements. Participated in ERP system workshops related to projects module. assisted project controls Managers in data analysis,
preparation of reports and presentations related to project controls matters in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Created databases for other departments by using (Access/SQL).
• Communicated with IT to convert simple data sets into advanced ones (like CRM\Oracle)
• Created a database for vendor’s payable department contains data collected form all company divisions and subsidiaries
companies with a unified vendor system, accordingly the payment process went smoothly
Was a part of ERP implementation team, as project controls representative. Prepared yearly budget for overheads departments, monitored overhead departments work flow on monthly basis and doing essential analysis on daily basis. Communicated with different departments in identifying cost issues.
• Achieved the proper control in ERP system to monitor different department daily cost.
• Assisted project controls BL managers in data analysis, preparation of reports and presentations related to project controls matters, including productivity, forecasts, variances and financial models in line with Project Controls processes, and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Trained employees on ‘ERP’ System. Prepared manuals and handouts for ERP system.
• Handled ERP issues and problems integrated with other modules (supply chain, payroll, contracts and accounting)
Created different kinds of reports applied to head office. Prepared different analysis for labour and food items. made presentations introduced to chain manager. Prepared annual Budget, quarterly budget analysis and budget fluctuations. Made RBP (Restaurant Business Plan) monthly. Arranged meetings with staff and management team to set goals monthly. Managed Food flow, Supervised and control Staff performance. Took different kinds of suitable decisions. Set and practice training courses for trainees with a PMT certificate.
