• Ensures that the Company's Accounting records are maintained in accordance with the generally accepted accounting practices
• Preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements with attaching a detailed administrative report on the reasons for deviation from the budget, if any
• Managing company cash flows and enhancing the company's cash liquidity level by coordinating cash flows from sales and analyzing the aging report for suppliers
• Assets management - Ensures that the company's assets are accurately classified, transfers and disposals are recorded and Depreciations are adequately charged to the User departments.
• Inventory Management - Ensures that the Inventories are maintained at the Optimum level, Inventory costs are minimized and Inventory losses are eliminated.
• Controlling F&B Costing recipes, margin, menu engineering, stock movement and receiving system
• Conduct spot checks on central kitchen & restaurants to ensure that the system is followed by receiving raw materials as well as
issuing it from the warehouse and how to use the petty cashes covenant& determining a list for cash purchase approved by senior management
• Examining all payments for suppliers, employees ensuring that all entitlement conditions are met
• Ensure monthly compliance of the balances of payables and receivables and examine the aging reports to balance collections Vs payments in order to enhance the company's cash position
• Providing senior management with a break-even point analysis to measure the effectiveness of any future projects or expansions of the company
• Providing management with financial ratio reports that show the company's efficiency in facing its current and future liabilities from supplier balances and end-of-service balances
• Analyzing the monthly return on investment figure and determining the expenses to be reduced to enhance the company's profitability
• Study all promotions conducted by the company for subscriptions, determine their cost, track their impact on increasing sales, and compare them with other types of advertising to determine the actual cost of attracting new customers.
• Participation of the purchasing department in discussing with suppliers to obtain good prices and an appropriate payment term, as well as continuing to obtain an updated market price list from the purchasing department on a monthly basis, as well as a list of alternative suppliers, in order to reducing raw materials cost, hence enhancing the company's profitability
• Participate with the Human Resources Department in determining the manpower and new staff hiring's budget for each location and recruitment costs from local or overseas sources
