Responsible for Project Management & Site Supervision for King Khaled Hospital, Intensive Care Units renovation, located in Ha'il, KSA - where VK act as a Project Management partner of Gulf Medicals Co. Ltd.:
- Updating Project Baseline schedule along with planning dept.
- Coordinate submittals & procurement.
- Supervising construction, testing and commissioning activities taking project milestones into consideration.
- Review & provide recommendations for shop drawings, suitability of manpower & implementation method under a well-organized ITP.
- Coordinate, track, and record all requests for information, change orders & time extensions.
- Perform observations of the construction site to determine the quality, progress & dates of completion of the work & advice the Construction Contractor regarding any observed deviations in a timely manner so as to mitigate delay in the progress of the work.
- Assemble and maintain notes, comments, sketches and supportive data in order to facilitate the revisions of tracings.
- Prepare a detailed contact list for all supplied materials & equipment.
- Immediately report to the Client’s Project Manager the occurrence of any accident & Prepare a detailed incident report.

The project includes all MEP trades, Responsibilities are- & not limited to:
- Determine the manpower and physical resources required, and establish objectives for their acquisition, utilization and productivity.
- plan and establish timely allocation / acquisition of manpower and physical resources at the right quantity and competence / quality and deploy when and where required.
- Assign responsibilities and delegate authority commensurate with their abilities.
- Coordinate the different executions Sections & groups to guaranty the full efficiency of the allocated resources.
- Coordinate with the material procurement department to assure the materials are delivered to site at the proper time.
- Finalize monthly payment & Quantity surveys.

Responsibilities are - & not limited to:
- Following up MEP suppliers to get best & proper quotations for the needed items including long lead materials & coordinate materials procurement.
- Preparing material submittals that comply with project specifications & following their approval.
- Submit Inspection requests & Material inspection requests to the consultant.
- Prepare methods of statements for MEP works.
- Management of MEP RFI's to the Consultant.
- Coordinate MEP disciplines, Revise shop drawings, submit to the consultant & follow their approval.
- Prepare daily reports, weekly look ahead plans & monthly reports for all site works & coordinate with the project base line program.
- Attending relevant project meetings progress, safety & technical meetings and prepare the MOM.
- Surveying project quantities, revising BOQs & variations breakdown.
- Preparing logistics plans & site access sequence to facilitate employee access during work procedures.
- Prepare site accommodation & mobilization for the project staff.
- Attend safety trainings & life savers; Make sure that safety standards are considered.
- Prepare risk assessments with the safety team for different jobs.
- Monitor, provide assistance, support and act as a link between the various departments from mobilization stage till the completion of the project.
- Realizing Lighting, Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Telecommunication and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Infrastructure lighting, medium voltage, outdoor telecom & Earthing system works.
- MEP coordination of levels, clashes & locations with other trades.
- Coordinating with utility suppliers (Medium voltage & Telecom).
- All site maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Close out documentations including operation & maintenance manuals, spare parts’ lists, warranties certificates, equipments list, as built drawings … etc.
- Handle all site snags.
