• Supervise all activities of Residential Buildings, Chalets and Villas.
• Supervise technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Review the performance of contractors to assure contract compliance.
• Review and interpret discipline design drawings and specifications to ensure current revision level and correct technical execution of the work.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring that construction and refurbishment work adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Supervise all activities of Landscape project.
• Responsible for the effective execution of the consulting services.
• Responsible for the Quality management system of the consulting services.
• Ensure progress of work according to schedule plan.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports and technical documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
• Execution all activities of School.
• Apply expertise in value engineering principles to optimize project designs and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors to assure contract compliance.
• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for civil engineering projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
• Ensure coordinate of all drawings (Structural, Architectural and MEP)
• Discuss and suggest technical proposals for design drawings and resolve conflicts between structural and architectural, making bending list and coordination work.
• Execution all activities of Residential Tower Building.
• Prepare quantity survey for steel and concrete work and any implemented activities by using computer programs or manual.
• Prepare, Review and approve the subcontractor invoices before submission.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that refurbishment work meets established standards.
• Address any deviations from the approved design or specifications promptly and effectively.
• Ensure coordinate of all drawings (Structural, Architectural and MEP)
• Enforce project timelines and deadlines, taking proactive measures to address any delays and expedite critical path activities.
