Adopting the design solutions reflecting the client’s requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with all other design team members, including architects and structural engineers plus client, project managers, and QS.
Preparing final design outputs including detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Following up with the local authorities for the required approvals and NOCs.
Review the mechanical & shop drawings submittals according to the specs and the contract documents and carry out all the site inspections.

Coordinate with suppliers, main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and clients. People Development and Team Work.
