•Follow up with customers on monthly orders at regular intervals.
•Implement promotional activities and events prepared and exploits any additional opportunities to promote sales.
•Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved as per sales plan.
•Raise sales orders for customers and follows up on orders to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
•Identify important customers and keep updates of customer list and classify them.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Ensures that all procurement is in compliance with the policies
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Coordinates with accounts department in related payments.
- Tracking the status of any orders.
