Due to my position I'm covering the below areas in the store:

• Management scheduling & observing all departments schedule (to be sure all department been covered by enough employees)
• Observing the customers service & communicate the customer in term to solve the complaint (we believe on beyond expectation customer service + to implement the positives customers suggestion)
• Plan to Increase the sales
• Plan to develop the staff performance
• Decrease the shrink
• P & L (revue in monthly basis)
• Staff evaluation (quarterly)
• Merchandising (if some department or unites need re merchandising)
• Handling the store in absent of store manager
• Handling inventory (by planning & checking the result before admit it)
• Handling weekly meeting with management level
• Handling monthly meeting with normal staff
• Often keep re checking the competitors to achieve the target
• Plan to prepare for each seasonal to gain sales & to let the customer feel that we are care of there occasion.
