Duties and responsibilities include:

 Received from contractors for construction works as per approving design.
 Received building and the establishment construction works by the correct methods and high-quality.
 Review the shop drawing the structure plans, sections and details.
 Condition between all sections in project.
 Review the submitting contractor’s payments, variations orders and analyzing the prices.

• Preparing the weekly and monthly reports.
• Attend regular meetings for the project at the headquarters of the office and discuss all the business of the company referred to agenda meetings to advance the work of progress.

• Coordinating and communicating between the all parties by emails, faxes, and meetings, where necessary.

• Directed O&M for the Storm Water network in Ourja Zone, fully ensuring operational efficiency and coordination with Riyadh Municipality (AMANA).
▪ Check-up the storm network with all our specialist teams.
▪ Repairing the trespasses of storm networks and reporting to AMANA engineering department.
▪ Preparation, submitting and following the monthly bills.
