 Issue recruitment related documents, and draft employment offer and appointment letters for selected candidates using SAP.
 Using SAP ERP system for receiving and approving recruitment requisitions from Business unit managers.  Constant follow up with agencies and selected candidate during their visa process.
 Monthly Meeting with BOD to review the recruitment status.
 Coordinate manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.  Establish and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis. Generate recruitment related reports.
