Set, develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts.
o Set and monitoring coverage expansion and distribution plans.
o Plan and Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

o Set, monitoring KPIs achievement level and fixed the gaps on weekly basis.
o Set professional strategies and customer oriented, with main goal is to meet company annual sales goals and manage multiple priorities and work on various projects
with different teams simultaneously with variable and flexible schedules
o Work to maximize efficiency of all resources (human and capital).
o Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and following up on work results.
o Develop sales staff performance by recruiting, selecting, and training employees.
o Maintain and develop sales team culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all
staff, customers and regulatory/official bodies
o Set, discuss and manage marketing activity and budget.
o Assist marketing department in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.

o Creating the annual sales forecasts by SKU and sales channels, and operating profits as well as expenses. o Set annual budget for Sales, logistic and HR departments. o Plan and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits. o Build coverage strategy and distribution plans. o Designed customers’ annual contract. o Control the cost and manage the productivity (trade spend effectiveness) o Develop business relationship with target trade partners. o Manage all products categories (Offices range, stationery, schools range, art & hobbits and printing press). o Responsible for all channels (MT, Retail, W/S, B2B, GOV and GA). o Reporting to Chief commercial officer. o Hiring and monitoring the performance of the department managers, holding weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training. o Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising as well as reviewing and initialing all promotions before they are finalized. o Meeting monthly with the Key customers’ to review sales, target achievement, forecasts and profits. o Working directly with sales manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, lease promotions and compensation plans. o Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
o Translate marketing strategy into regional strategy.
o Develop and implement a distribution (Numeric& weighted) and coverage plan for the region.
o Set goals and KPIs for trade programmers developed for the region, and track ongoing results.
o Set weekly and monthly supervision plans to ASM and SS.
o Ensure that all goals and objectives of products availability, coolers, Plano grams, quantities, products rotation quality and expiry date (FIFO) are achieved for the region
o Coordinate implementation of brand plan and trade programmers.
o Ensure that sales team is quickly react against competitive threats and customers problems in their areas.
o Develop regional team through on-job training, motivation and time management.
o Control the cost and manage the productivity of the region (trade spend effectiveness in the region)
o Develop business relationship with target trade partners within the region.
o Responsible for all products categories (fresh, UHT& tomato paste).
o Responsible for all channels (K/A, Retail, W/S, catering and hotels).
o Reporting to SD.
