Key Responsibilities:

➢ Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
➢ Ensure that the projects’ safety and quality control systems, properly and efficiently satisfies the requirements of the Contract.
➢ Oversee and control the Project functions of planning, Quantity Surveying, progress and Cost Control.
➢ Review Contractor's Variation Proposals with extensions of time and prepare reports and comments, and to carryout analyses of trends and highlight potential problems
➢ Monitor the performance of service providers, sub-contractors to ensure performance targets are met and to instigate appropriate remedial action for underperformance.

Ensuring that all operations are being held as per the standard construction methods and procedures and complies with standards and regulations, and taking all safety precautions, permits and licenses prior to work execution.
