Production Engineer worked in two workshops
1st:Prefabrication workshop managed loose plates section
in this section plates are received from flame cutting machines, Drilling section and machining section then collect plates then (grind, fitter, drilled, take hard stamp)
work in this section depend on
make a control about worker and observe them
make connection between this section and other sections to make a successful handling for input and output materials To achieve the workshop plan
calculate section work hours and be sure its in the safe side its a relationship between work weight per ton and work hours
be sure that all plates positions are qualified and have the quality control acceptance
finally send it to sandblast and painting
2nd Plate work workshop
there is some difference in this section because in this section i work with more complicated drawings and fitting sheet metals plates and other shapes to achieve drawings
observe welders and be sure applying the AWS(American Welding Society)
training in the company visiting workshops and the mining site taking experiences of the site and reporting everything and deliver it at the end of my training
this was my start in steel work i really worked at the work shop with a small group starting from observing workers to taking responsibility of a group and fabricate steelwork of "Suez cement & Alex cement" project ending by being the right hand of the first engineer of the work shop
trained in different workshops ( steel, plastic, fitting)
