• Participate in setting annual Manpower plan and its implementation
• Manage Selection & hiring process
• Responsible for the tracking the headcount in order to address the company’s workforce needs in all pharmacists
• Conduct Exit Interview for Resigning Employees.
• Prepare the monthly / annually turnover rates through analyzing data extracted from the exit interviews and recommending methods in order to decrease its rate
• Prepare & send HR announcements of Organizational Changes / Movements / Internal job opening / promotions
• Manage Employee Relations
• Follow up the head office hiring which guarantee high quality of new hires and on time closure of all positions.
• Conduct CBI (competency based interviews) for senior levels to ensure effective outcomes.
• Responsible for an effective implementation of new programs and initiatives such as job rotation, , summer internship and participate in job fairs and career events
• Participate in developing and creating effective Recruitment strategies, policies and procedures. Responsible for Employment Fairs selection, organizing.
• Provide HR guidance and direction to hiring managers and also train/inform managers about new policies, procedures, processes, and programs.
• Responsible for Employment Branding
• Call all concerned parties to conduct reference check at other companies regarding potential hiring to ensure effective Recruitment operations.
• Inform the offer letters to the accepted candidates to ensure complete work operations.
• Manage the training activities along with all concerned parties.
• Responsible for the Facebook page
• Follow and Connect with charity, NGOS and University to attract the right calibers
• Participate in recruitment events (employment fairs...) to ensure employer branding.
• Manage and follow up the head office promotion to ensure smooth work operations and process Excellence.
• Responsible of the employee orientation to make them feel welcome and comfortable
• Ensure recruitment policies & procedures are followed to ensure applying department SOPs.
• Review change titles and give Advisory to all parties
• Manage full life cycle recruiting; every requisition, open to close
• Conduct regular follow-up to understand the hiring managers’ needs, establish strong relationships with business partners and align our strategy with the needs of the business
• Identify marketing sources to maintain a pipeline of applicants
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
• Handling job analysis meetings with Heads of Departments in order to prepare job descriptions, job
• Sets plans, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring.
• Assist with Training programs.
• Fulfill recruitment Database on daily basis & keeping the filing system up to Date.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Handling job analysis meetings with Heads of Departments in order to prepare job descriptions, job specifications and job objectives.
• Conducting HR interviews.
• Selecting suitable candidates for required job vacancies.
• Receiving hiring requests from the head of departments and Managers.
• Searching for CVs through different sources like Database, Referrals & Advertising Ads.
• Posting vacancies on recruitment Websites and Social network pages.
• Screening CVs, and phone-screening.
• Sets plans, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and hiring.
