•Manage, Develop and communicate marketing plans, objectives, campaigns and activities.
•Lead the development and the implementation of assigned programs related to the assigned products.
•Ensure the Ideal implementation of the marketing tactics.
•Ensure all in-field materials, strategies and tactics are aligned in order to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives
•Effectively manage elements of the brand forecasting and budgeting process, track ROI measurements for all marketing activities and monitor brand market share.
• Develop and implement product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
•Monitor competitors’ activities.
•Network with the sales forces, management and other partners to understand the market and customer’s needs.
•Work in partnership with Local Sales and other cross functional teams on the most efficient use of resources for the implementation of marketing strategies
•Meet with clients and work with colleagues across multiple departments.
•Present promotional programs at sales meetings.
•Ensure with the field force team the ideal delivery of the marketing message.
•Ensure the ideal implementation of loyalty programs with customers.
•Organize marketing events like conferences, educational events, health care days and brand awareness events.
•Develop project/product briefs for tactics requiring agency development.
•Ensure the ideal implementation of different marketing tools and messages through different channels
•Ensure the ideal implementation of POSM and marketing tools.
•Display knowledge of different channels to develop and manage sales initiatives and promotions
