i was working as pharmacists in the pharmacy of the clinic
Manage ancillary staff in fulfilling more than 500 prescriptions weekly. Consult with physicians and patients with regard to medication dosage, disease management and potential side effects of prescription and OTC medications.
i learned that:
*Schedule oversee and mentor five Pharmacy Technicians.
*Manage pharmacy inventory and order new stock.
*Direct patient care and satisfaction initiatives.
*Prepare and dispense medications.
*Accurately store and preserve stock to ensure potency and safety.
the hospital is a government hospital its having all department,
we work as pharmacist in the hospital for 3 month,
it was training after i complete my final year in faculty of pharmacy .
we learned that:
Verified accuracy of prescriptions and filled orders.
Maintained total client confidentiality in all actions.
Counseled clients on medication use .
