Job Description:
o Integrated lean 6 sigma accountabilities
Build systems that drive the capability of organization
Lead Loss analysis cycle to capture all losses from every source
Develop and train structured problem solving tools
Train team on Root Cause Analysis to find the real causes of losses
Drive Loss Elimination activities to achieve business target
Promote and execute loss elimination by engaging all employees in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, GB and BB projects)
Map and prioritize losses to be eliminated to deliver the business agenda
o Global Integrated Digital Factory (IDF) team member
Representing EEMEA region for IL6S activities
Study system benefits and ensure optimum suppliers for the program
Support Global template creation of the project and project rollout
o Integrated Digital Factory (IDF) Project Manager BEA plant
Lead project different phases (Design, Implementation, Commissioning, Hyper care and normal operation)
Ensure that project delivering targeted benefits of ( Product Quality Improvements, efficiency improvement and enhance productivity )
Run the system on daily basis (monitoring, controlling and reporting) to guide manufacturing team
o Initiate productivity projects and manage productivity pipeline
o Monitoring plant efficiencies analyzing gaps and provide proper action plans
o Lead plant sustainability and energy improvement track
o Support skill matrix to identify performance gaps to improve Operators output
o Establish plant value stream maps to ensure Optimum delivery in quality, cost and time
o Ensure DMS ( Daily Management System ) is being followed properly to comply daily scorecards and action plans
Job Description:
o Studying business need of improvement and equipment in coordination with manufacturing team
o leading commissioning, starting up and supporting commercialization
o Providing technical solutions for plants improvements and upgrades
o Leading the project execution in coordination with Consultant and Contractors
o Energy management responsible, finding new solutions, controlling resources and implementing saving actions
o Leading Automation projects for BEA plant o Ensure the optimum supplier and equipment to meet business need
o Leading Factory acceptance test (FAT) for new machines
o Installation Qualifications (IQ) lead responsible for new lines and machines
o Operation Qualifications (OQ) lead responsible for new lines and machines
o Following purchasing cycle starting from RFQ to receiving equipment and final payments
o Setting up projects timeline and capex budget
o Ensure commitment to timeline and budget of all projects
o Ensure all designs and equipment meet safety requirements
o Ensure all machines and lines are totally accepted from sanitation design aspects and food safety accepted.
Projects Lead:
o Leading LMS-GE Siemens project ( Equipment efficiency project )
o Implementing and controlling Automated Energy management System in BEA
o Building up Electrical Back up(Generation) system for the whole plant
o Implementing Quality Suite ( SCADA ) system data collection and analysis system
o Commissioning and commercialization for new sugar line extensions
o Upgrading Firefighting system in BEA
o Air supply system expansions, including new compressors, Dryers and Air sequencer
o Building up new WWTP for new extensions
Curing & Finishing Dept. - Utilities and Power Centers
Job Description:
o B/D analysis and processing faults for minimizing B/D time
o Providing Automation Technical Support considering ( PLCs, SCADA and VSDs )
o Maintenance and Handling Various Type of motors (AC, DC ) for a wide range of power
o Commissioning, installing and startup of departments heavy machinery
o Controlling Conveying System using SCADA I-Fix. 6.
o Modifying Equipment software according to quality and improvements
o Organize and evaluate the electrical emergency actions in order to provide continues operation of 30 t/h Boiler, Compressed air Station, Chilled water Station and HW Station
o Setting up and controlling Predictive and Preventive Maintenance plans using RAMS and RCM Maintenance Policies
o Controlling Corrective Maintenance System using CMMS and FEMCA and FTA formulas
o Preparing the calibration plans and records for all machines
o Management of spare parts and replacement plans using SAP 2000
o Optimizing & controlling maintenance cost.
o Safety KPIs and LOTO Program Coordinator. o Controlling Electrical Energy Consumption
o Periodical Training responsible for Technicians o Monitoring equipment reliability and efficiency using OEE, GE calculations
Projects Lead:
o Leading Dynamic Curing Project (PLC-SCADA) remote access system
o Upgrading 16 & 30 T/H boilers to run with NG
o Installing and commissioning new Curing Presses line
o Installing and commissioning Unbalance Testing Line
o Upgrading control system for Uniformity Testing line
o New Conveying system integrated with SCADA
o Installing and commissioning new RO water treatment plant
Service and maintenance Engineer for various type of machines
Commissioning and starting up Heavy machines and Drives
Maintenance operations for pumps and compressors
Testing ( DC/AC - motors and generators )
Full repair and partial repair for ( Transformers and Motors )
