To deliver superior customer service and achieve monthly target in retail ( Credit card, personal loans, Mortgage loans, auto loan, payroll, Term deposit, current account, saving account, premier account and bancassurance ) -Establish business connections, attract potential clients and sees for the maximization of the branch retail market share while cross selling all banking products(including corporate) -Receives and checks documentation for issuing debit and credit cards and performs all related activities in the system -Receives and checks (Retail) loan applications and all the necessary documents including the required collaterals in accordance with the bank’s procedures -Verify that potential customer satisfy all criteria required of a 'desired customer profile' as outlined by the bank.

-Customer relationship management
-Plan and carry out marketing activities for banking products
-To provide & maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales report, figures, forecasting & any other records which may be required by the Team Leader/Cluster Head to keep up-to-date records of sales & performance.
-Understanding the needs of the end customer & providing appropriate financial solutions
-Handling of Relationship to aid customer for all his wealth requirements.
-To ensure customer documentation is complete & in compliance with the bank’s requirements.
-To help coordinators resolve discrepancies associated to customer documentation
-To visit existing clients at least once in 3 months.
-To meet minimum 3 new prospective clients per day
-Provide client interaction with value calls

-Establish business connections, attract potential clients and sees for the maximization of the branch retail market share while cross selling all banking products(including corporate)
-Receives and checks documentation for issuing debit and credit cards and performs all related activities in the system
-Receives and checks (Retail) loan applications and all the necessary documents including the required collaterals in accordance with the bank’s procedures
-Verify that potential customer satisfy all criteria required of a 'desired customer profile' as outlined by the bank.
-Follows up the proper servicing of the loan until maturity
*to sell personal loans to specified target segment & meet monthly sales targets
*to ensure that prospects are communicated clearly about the bank charges/terms and conditions
*to ensure that code of conduct is followed and is as per the banks policy
*to ensure that all documents provided by the customer for completion of the personal loans applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
*to ensure that the sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to.
*generate a list of prospects(individuals and wholesale/companies)in the territory.
identify potential customers through databases, follow up leads & telephone/personal contacts.
*verify that potential customer satisfy all criteria required of a 'desired customer profile' as outlined by the bank.
*to contact potential customers and convince them about the benefits of the bank's product.
to source applications from segments as per targets set for the perioud, complete with all necessary documents.
-Presenting financial products (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans and payroll) to clients using procedures and techniques explained in the break-in-training program.
-Ensure delivering of correctly filled application together with all necessary documents
-Continuously generating prospect customer list to be fed into the system.
-Work hard on achieving all given business targets by direct manager.
-Use all company resources and equipment in a proper economic and efficient manner.
-Operating at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity.
-Adhere to the designated proper business attire.
