PMO assistance :
• Provide assistance to the Steering Group and project organization in the
completion of administrative tasks and any other activities that will
contribute towards the accomplishment of the project goals.
• Create and maintain project plan.
• Support the client and IBM project managers.
• Create and distribute minutes of Steering Group, Weekly Status Report
and critical project business meetings.
• Aiding in the communication of project status and day to day tracking of
issue resolution to the project organization and Steering Group.
• Plan and coordinate the logistic of meetings, and correspondence to the
entire project team.
• SharePoint Admin.
