Endorsing Change ownership transfer requests according to the rules and conditions.
Endorsing extensions requests according to the rules and conditions.
Endorsing cancellation requests, and calculate the refund amount if available, according to the rules and conditions.
Giving verbal quotations for customers and freelancers (brokers) by whatsapp, telephone and face to face.
Exporting traveling visa to Iran (against accidents inside Iran).
Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies,
print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture
components work together seamlessly
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches,
firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical
support when needed
Install and configure software and hardware
Set up accounts and workstations
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Parsing CVs on the system and calls interview.

Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system.
Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system.
Provide periodic reports about employee’s regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick
leave, …etc.
Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
Support IT department in: Installing windows and software - Crate users and link to related group - Troubleshoot
any issues related to windows and users.
Handling incoming calls related to general info and modifications.
Troubleshooting with customers and solve any technical and non-technical issues.
Escalating unsolved issues to responsible department.
Handling outbound calls for scheduled calls (as per customer request) and follow-up with customers that has
problem solved to ensure and confirm that the problem is solved and satisfied.
