- leading 8 direct report and 31 sales man, and managing approximately 200 million yearly target
- Dealing with all the channels ( Modern Trade, Wholesale & Van)
- Sharing in the planning & execution of the marketing plan (activities, primary, secondary placement, FSU & POSM) with the customers activities
- Forecasting and managing stocks needed for the quarter (on monthly basis) to increase the case fill status and get the best sell capacity (healthy sales ) and avoid missed any sales chance
- Following on the details of POSM (production and availability)to ensure that all implement on time
- Focusing on TT channel to get the best distribution plan (100%couverage and 100% productivity)
- Updating the area situation for active and non active customers (TT channel) and update the routs on quarterly basis to get the best market excution
- Negotiation with the MT accounts for the CDA (Cust. Development Agreement).
- -Planning to achieve the TGT's (sales, collection, market share- numeric & weighted distribution)
- Follow up the credit not to exceed the limit (DSO 17days)
- Working on the field with the team to achieve our goals and KPIs
- Developing and coaching the team
- Building a good relation with the customers.
- Working on the ideal stock plan on the MT channel
- Decreasing returns
- Decrease the stock cover to 3.5 weeks
- Following with all the supported departments to be sure that all our goals on its true direction
