Responsible for valuation for variation according to the contract to get settled VOs, preparing
interim payment recommendations, monitoring, and reporting project budget, and negotiating
the contractor claim commercially (FIDIC 99).
Valuation for claims like delay-payment, and prolongation claims, preparing studies for price
inflation impact on the contract, and reporting anticipated final accounts.

• Infrastructure Networks, Ancillary Buildings, and External Works.

• Infrastructure Networks, Ancillary Buildings, and External Works.
4) Podium 2 - Cairo Festival City - AFCAC
• Finishing cores for four business buildings and two basements and landscape.
5) Urban Business Lane - TAMEER:
• Core and shell for six business buildings and two basements and landscape and shoring.
6) Call off contracts - Al Futtaim:
• Preparing invoices and building up new rates for subcontractors according to the schedule of rates for
construction contract

Responsible for the preparation of pre-tender estimates, comparison between contractors'
offers, and reporting to clients.
And responsible for the preparation of tender documents and awarded purchase orders.

2) The capital group - on Secondment as a commercial engineer to CGP:

Responsible for Q.S for all Finishes and External works, value engineering for designs, and Cost estimate for all changes and RFIs.
For estimation and negotiation Variation Orders and change orders (EI) with the contractor.

Responsible for Co-ordination with six governmental Water Companies (WCs) (Dakhlia, Sharqia, Behiera, Garbia, Monufia, and Damietta), The World Bank, and PMU (Part of Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities); For KPIs, following up projects, writing letters and doing reports.

Responsible for Preparing Shop-drawing, Quantity Surveying, Preparing Invoices, and doing Schedules. Using Revit for Modelling and Shop drawing.
