· Work with Entities/Projects on the implementation and use of Mashroat Methodology.
· Reviews Project Summary Report (PSR) and Mashroat Dashboard data monthly for deviations and identifies government projects with declining performance.
· Performs entities' projects performance review and recommend action plan for delayed and cost over-run projects.
· Prepare and conduct an audit for Entities, as required.
· Prepares a high-level summary for Entities and the board.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Ensure resource availability and allocation.
· Review a detailed project plan to track progress.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.

• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determine project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.
• Controlling and monitoring projects cost.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Plan and coordinate the daily projects works and processes according to the approved projects plan and schedule.
• Supervise and follow up the activities of consultants and contractors.
• Participate in preparing projects schedules and plans in addition to determining projects scope.
• Monitor projects execution in the different stages, evaluate the execution progress, define obstacles and problems and take the necessary measures to avoid and solve Follow up safety, professional and general health measures.
• Verify all payment certificates submitted by the respective contractor and approved by the consultant to ensure retention as agreed and deduction of the advance payments then sign and submit to Projects & follow up Manager
• Coordinate with the engineering department in respect of the approved projects designs. Supervise the preparation of the technical specification books and calculated quantities of the intended project.

• Maintain project control activities by gathering data and information from delivery teams and third parties and provide the information to the corporate system with regard to time and cost.
• Coordinate the submission of detailed programmes from consultants and contractors and ensure the information is reflected in the corporate system.
• Advise the project teams of changes to the project with regard to time and cost.
• Assist the senior project controller and the project control manager when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist the Planning Manager and prepare the resources in the preparation of the Project Schedules and Planning.
• Update the work schedule periodically in accordance with the actual activities on the site.
• Conduct site supervision and prepare/submit accomplishment reports to the Planning Manager.

Other function includes the followings:

• Assist the Design Coordinator in preparing design analysis and calculation as part of the Value Engineering Exercise.
• Assist the Quantity Surveyors in preparations of the Value Engineering Exercise.
• Prepared various BOQ quantification for the Projects Shams Riyadh and Al-Qasr Mosques.
• Prepared 3D presentation of all Mockup Villas of Shams Riyadh Projects

Assist in designing, developing and executing construction projects.
>Work with Project Manager in reviewing project specification and in preparing project plan and design sheet.
>Visit sites, prepare construction drawings and develop samples.
>Work with engineering team in developing construction plan.
>Determine budget, schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute construction project.
>Report all expenses to Project Manager on timely basis.
>Maintain quality assurance standards for projects.
>Provide technical assistance to field staff when needed.
>Analyze construction problems and recommend corrective actions.
>Order and stock construction materials to avoid shortage.
