As a BI Team member, I improved On-demand Traffic decision support capabilities by identifying business
challenges and developing sustainable solutions. I lead, develop, and coordinate decision support work with our
analysis group and contract managers for clients and partners.
The role required a structured, driven, and interpersonal individual with a proven track record of building strong
relationships. It also demanded innovative thinking, effective communication, and strong analytical skills. I
collaborated with various stakeholders throughout the data lifecycle, from needs analysis to database
management, ensuring high-quality data tailored to business requirements. These results are presented
through interactive reports in Power BI, which serve as intelligent tools for daily monitoring and identifying
unusual events.
The primary objective is to construct systems that provide significant value to the company. This is achieved by
understanding the needs and challenges faced by analytics and companies, such as optimizing cost while
maximizing traffic quality. Efficient solutions are presented, and decision systems should be simple,
user-friendly, and highly useful.
Notable projects include:
• Migrating the entire reporting system for on-demand traffic from QlickView to Power BI.
Structuring data in facts and dimensions before constructing complex Power BI reports with measures.
• Developing on-demand traffic reports to enhance daily trip control.
• Modernizing on-demand traffic using data science and AI for efficient and accurate control and cost/event
forecasting.

Im interested in working as a data scientist in my free time, using Python to design, build, and simulate AI and
decision-making models. Ive spent a lot of time learning machine learning (SciKit, Keras, XGboost) and data
modeling techniques to improve my knowledge of regression models and their accuracy and stability. I can
handle and analyze complex and high-volume data and write and run complex math scripts. I have experience
in data mining, designing, implementing models from scratch, and using them in machine learning for testing
and prediction. I also enjoy learning about numerical techniques and statistical tools for signal analysis and
optimization.

Joined the statistics team and worked on multiple projects to implement and develop statistical models for
status optimization and report generation. Smart solutions, machine learning, mathematical means, and data
modeling techniques were used. Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, SciKit, etc.) was the main tool. Models were
based on large data sets from various sources. Some projects involved modeling and implementing systems
from start to delivery, such as:
• Inactive train project: Classified trains as active or inactive to improve report accuracy.
• Upload, download, and page log-in project: Calculated statistical data for customer system health checks every
18 minutes.
• Data usage level classification project: Grouped travelers based on usage volume.
• End-to-end user experience project: Merged large data sets with different frequencies to find satisfaction
on trains.
Gained experience in simplifying complex codes, writing clean and efficient code, preparing presentations,
engaging in discussions with the team to improve efficiency and accuracy, building and handling large data sets,
weighing data values for accurate results, testing models with different data sets for stability and accuracy, and
planning and communicating effectively with the team.

Develop an analysis software package to ensure emission calibration meets internal and legal requirements.
The analysis uses real-world driving test data or simulated data. Compare emission control to requirements and
generate reports for emission sign-off. Future developments include methodologies for analyzing real-world
driving emissions. The assignment allows for data analysis, script development, and implementation. Other
responsibilities include creating or developing data analysis software tools, including Machine Learning and
statistics. Participate in the help desk to support other teams using our tools. All responsibilities require a deep
background in mathematics, simulations, and professional-level programming (mainly Python).

I plan, develop, execute, and report on the test process. I also develop and improve test functions, suggest
improvements, and implement plans. My duties include performing full car alarm function and system tests,
reporting issues or potential conflicts, detecting defects causing false alarms, and designing and developing
automated test cases using CAPEL, MATLAB, Python, and C++. I verify new system software using advanced
programs like Canalyzer, CANoe, Simulink, and Mx_VDev to analyze signals and ensure they meet requirements.
I also qualify and test the robustness and functionality of different calibration parameters for alarm
components. To work efficiently and ensure traceability, I use JIRA and participate in Agile work methods,
including alarm model design and software development.
