Responsible of Accounts Receivable and Agents transactions in the region who are acting on behalf of National Oilwell
Varco (NOV) in various countries. Responsible of the following:
 Accounts Receivable.
 Revenue Analysis.
 AR Aging Report.
 Agents Payables and Receivables, and Settlements.
 Agents Compliance and Anti-Bribery Laws.
 Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) Reports.
 Accruals of Expenses.
 Ensuring Agents are complying with FCPA policies.

Responsible of various banking back-office operations and direct contact with customer. Responsible of transmitting
the following operations:
 Transfer of Funds through SWIFT.
 Foreign Exchange.
 Loan processing.
- This includes all types of loans granted by the bank. (commercial, personal, car loan, participation or syndicate
loans, and others)
 Discounting cheques withdrawn on third parties, and trust receipts.
 Inward and outward cheque clearing.
