and infrastructure of a resort, I already had a very good relationship in the area,
and I managed there until the project closeout, the site located at Al-Ain-Al-
Sokhna.
* Explained the project objective to all project teams and subcontractors.

* Developed plans and made sure that it's clear and understood for everyone involved.

ABO-GEMEAA CONSTRUCTION
I was hired as a junior site engineer, with time the construction manager grew
confident in my skills and handed me a lot of responsibilities, I was responsible for
closeout and turnkey hand-off of several units, and the site location is at Al-Ain-Al-
Sokhna.
* Execute and oversee all activities leading to turn-key hand-off.
* Execute and oversee water, wastewater, and electrical network activities.
* Execute and oversee landscape activities.
* Execute and oversee Interlock activities.

(PSC)
This project objective is a paper and cardboard factory, had unique problems, it
was where I learned how to think big and ahead, and the meaning of the
engineering process, and the value of project planning, the project was located in
Al-Sadat industrial area.
* Attended Pre-construction meetings with the owner and the consultant.
* Executed the project mobilization.
* Overseen the excavation of the entire project.
* Improved equipment efficiency by adjusting the ratio between loaders, buckets, and
Lorries.
* Overseen Concrete Activities of footings, columns, walls, and slabs.
